Warranties & Disclaimers

1. General Warranty – Glass Products

The seller warrants that all glass products will correspond to the specification agreed with the buyer and will be free from defects in materials or workmanship at the time of delivery or installation.

The obligation of the seller in the event of a breach of this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of any defective goods. This warranty is provided in place of any other warranties or conditions, whether expressed or implied, except where such exclusions are not permitted by law.

1. Claims must be notified in writing within 48 hours of receipt of delivery or, where the defect is not apparent on reasonable inspection, as soon as practicable after discovery.
2. Any goods subject to a claim must be retained for inspection or returned if requested.
3. The seller shall not be liable for defects arising from drawings, measurements, or specifications supplied by the buyer.
4. The seller makes no warranty as to suitability for a particular purpose where design or specification has been provided by the buyer.
5. The seller shall not be liable for defects arising from fair wear and tear, misuse, negligence, improper installation, or unauthorised alteration or repair.
6. No liability shall arise where goods have not been paid for in full.
7. The warranty does not extend to components not manufactured by the seller, where third-party warranties may apply.
8. The seller shall not be liable for any consequential or indirect losses, including but not limited to:
   1. Loss of profit
   2. Loss of use or revenue
   3. Contractual losses with third parties
9. All goods are supplied subject to normal manufacturing tolerances and industry standards.
10. The seller shall not be responsible for site conditions or changes occurring after quotation which impact installation or performance.

Nothing in this section excludes or limits the buyer’s statutory rights under applicable law.

2. Toughened Glass Splashbacks Warranty

5-year guarantee on all toughened glass splashbacks

This guarantee applies only where installation and usage conditions are met.

Installation & Usage Conditions

• Minimum 75mm distance must be maintained between cooker hobs and the splashback
• Direct contact with hot pots and pans must be avoided

Failure to follow these conditions may result in damage to the painted or printed backing and will invalidate the guarantee.

Colour Disclaimer

Due to variations in paint manufacturing processes, an exact colour match cannot be guaranteed for replacement products.

Warranty Period & Claims

Claims must be made in accordance with the general warranty terms above and within 5 years of delivery, subject to compliance with all stated conditions.
