1. Consumer Rights

If you are purchasing as a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. You must notify us of your decision to cancel within this period.

Goods must be returned within 14 days of cancellation. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

2. Return Conditions

Returned goods must be in their original condition and suitable for resale. The cost of return postage is the responsibility of the buyer unless the goods are faulty or incorrect.

3. Business Customers

Orders placed by business customers may not be cancelled once accepted unless agreed in writing. Any agreed cancellation may be subject to recovery of costs incurred.
